Guess Who’s Back: 2013 SRT Viper Unveiled
After a two and a half year hiatus, the Viper is officially back. Being one of the last American-made supercars, the Viper returns as a product of the Chrysler Group’s SRT brand, making it even more distinguished from any other vehicle bred under the Pentastar family. The SRT Viper is merely a reborn & refreshed version of the previous model, but is far more technologically advanced than any other Viper ever made, and also the lightest model produced. The infamous V10 engine also receives an upgrade, with power numbers increased to 640 horsepower & 600 lb-ft. of torque, while mated to a close-ratio six-speed transmission to make sure you feel every bit of those 640 horses under the hood.
